I am getting the same error on my MAC. I purchased Microsoft 365 Personal. I am able to install it successfully but get the error when trying activate. Can’t call and talk with someone to resolve this. HELP

AADSTS500200: User account '******@icloud.com' is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account.

    Hello, Please use the instruction here: https://support.microsoft.com/office/how-to-remove-office-license-files-on-a-mac-b032c0f6-a431-4dad-83a9-6b727c03b193 Download and run the license removal tool to clear the cached business credential, this should then allow you to sign in using your personal Microsoft account.
