Can you run a test page directly from the printer itself, via the printer's local LCD screen menu, not via the computer. If the issue is there too, you don't need Microsoft support. You need to contact Epson support instead. https://epson.com/Support/Printers/sh/s1
Otherwise, if the issue is unique to your Windows computer only, I would suggest that you install the driver from Epson for this model, see if that makes any difference.
