XT-2400 Epson tank printer the yellow and blue ink are not printing , have plenty of ink and have run the head cleaning and the nozzle check and it still is not working

    Can you run a test page directly from the printer itself, via the printer's local LCD screen menu, not via the computer. If the issue is there too, you don't need Microsoft support. You need to contact Epson support instead. https://epson.com/Support/Printers/sh/s1
