Disappearing in the settings as in it doesnt give me the options to turn on my wifi or bluetooth. Restarting always fixes the problem but its annoying that i have to keep doing it. Windows is in the latest version and ive ran sfc \scannow without discovering any issues. It becomes a hidden device in device manager for some reason. This problem is more common for bluetooth than wifi. All drivers are at the latest version and i have tried to uninstall and reinstall them too.Screenshot 2026-03-30 004328

If the issue persists, open Settings > System > Recovery.

Few things to check on the PC

    • Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting
    • Disable or uninstall any third-party Antivirus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade

Under Fix problems using Windows Update, click Reinstall Now

Once completed, your system will restart.

    Hi, good day!

Please let me know if you have tried the methods below.

    • Shutdown your computer

Unplug the power cable from the laptop for 30 minutes, then plug it in again and turn on.

    This will open Services app

Find Bluetooth Support service in the list

Right click it then select Restart

Right click it again then select Properties

Click General Tab, in the Startup Type option, choose Automatic in the drop-down list.

    Click Apply and OK.

    Restart your computer.

    • Please try to turn off Fast startup

Press Start then search Control panel

Under View by > select Small icons

    Select Power Options

On the left side, click "Choose what power buttons do"

Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable"

Under Shutdown settings > Turn off fast startup

Power off the system then pull the power cable from the laptop, wait for 15 minutes.

    Power back on
