    Hi,

Upon checking, the subtitles option in PowerPoint is only available under certain conditions, which is why it may not be showing in your app even though you have a Microsoft 365 account. Subtitles are supported exclusively in the Windows desktop version of PowerPoint for Microsoft 365 subscribers, not in Office 2019 or Office 2021 perpetual licenses, and not in the Mac or web versions. To use them, you need to be running the latest build of Office, since older versions don’t include the feature. You’ll find the option under the Slide Show tab, but it only appears if your subscription is recognized, your app is updated, and a microphone is connected because subtitles rely on speech recognition. If you’re missing the option, the most common causes are either that your installation isn’t updated, your license isn’t the subscription type, or you’re using PowerPoint on a platform that doesn’t support subtitles. Updating Office and confirming you’re on the Windows desktop app with a valid Microsoft 365 subscription usually resolves the issue.
