Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am trying to apply for the Microsoft for Startups program using my private Microsoft account, but I am completely locked out of my Azure tenant. I would like to keep my existing tenant name, but it appears to have been suspended due to inactivity, and I cannot access the portal to create a support ticket.

When I try to sign in, I receive the following two error codes:

Error 1 (Inactivity Block):

  • Error Code: AADSTS5000225 (Tenant has been blocked due to inactivity)

Trace ID: PII

Correlation ID: PII

Timestamp: PII

Error 2 (Access Denied):

Error Code: AADSTS5000228 (Access to tenant is denied)

Tenant ID: PII

Trace ID: PII

Correlation ID: PII

Timestamp: PII

Could you please help me reactivate this tenant so I can proceed with my Microsoft for Startups application?
