Why can I not get ahold of anyone to help fix my one drive? Who is everyone recommending to switch to since I cant get any help to try and fix one drive???

Nobody will be able to point you in the right direction unless you tell us a bit more about the problems you are seeing with OneDrive. Could you describe the symptoms? For example, are there any error messages?
