Please note that this is a user-to-user forum and nobody here has access to your account and billing info.

Nobody will be able to point you in the right direction unless you tell us a bit more about the problems you are seeing with OneDrive. Could you describe the symptoms? For example, are there any error messages?

The AI-generated reply provided basics on how to contact support. For personal accounts, very limited phone support (if any at all) is provided by Microsoft. You can try the chat, if you want to. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus.

Support from your peers is generally faster, though.

To speak with a human about OneDrive storage, use Microsoft’s official support entry points and choose a contact option (chat or phone callback). Direct phone numbers are not listed for consumer OneDrive; support is reached through the “Get Help”/“Contact support” flow.

    For home (personal) OneDrive:

    1. Go to Contact Microsoft Support: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2181303
    2. Enter a brief description like “OneDrive storage issue – need to talk to an agent” and select Get Help.
    3. When self-help options appear, choose Contact Support (or similar) at the bottom.
    4. Select the appropriate product/category (for example, OneDrive / account & billing / storage).
    5. Confirm, then choose a support option:
      • Chat with a support agent in the browser, or
      • Request a call / Call me back and provide a phone number so a human agent calls back.

If preferring to start from the general customer service page (also used in multiple official answers):

    1. Open the Customer service phone numbers page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2
    2. Under Home Users, select Get Help.
    3. Describe the OneDrive storage problem, then follow the prompts until the Get help / Contact support option appears.
    4. Choose chat or phone callback as available in the region.

For admins or business subscriptions involving OneDrive for work or school, use the admin-focused entry points:

These flows are the supported way to reach a live Microsoft agent for OneDrive storage issues.
