This error means the email address you registered with was likely previously associated with an older Microsoft Entra tenant that has since been flagged as inactive. When you sign in at portal.azure.com, your browser gets redirected to that old, blocked tenant instead of the newly created one.
Try opening a private/incognito browser window and navigate directly using your tenant domain, which was generated during sign-up and looks like yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com. Check the confirmation email from your registration for this domain name, then go to:
https://portal.azure.com/yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com
This bypasses the redirect to the old blocked tenant and logs you into the new one directly.
