    Hi! Let me help you with this issue.

    Do you still have any Microsoft Office apps installed on your machine?

    Please click on Start, Type in Control Panel, Open Control Panel, go to Programs and Features, and then Uninstall a Program, scroll down to Microsoft and then remove any Office apps.
