Why is my Microsoft rewards not registering since November 2025

There is an issue with my Microsoft Rewards, nothing has registered since November 2025. How can this be fixed? I have sent an email, but there has been no response yet.

Microsoft Rewards earning or redemption issues cannot be fixed from the device or browser side when the account itself is not registering activity.

When points stop registering (for example, searches in Edge or on Windows 11 no longer give points, or redemptions are blocked), the only supported way to get the account checked and corrected is to contact Microsoft Rewards Support so the Rewards team can review the account directly.

Use the dedicated Rewards support channel instead of email:

1. Go to the Bing/Microsoft Rewards support form: https://rewards.bing.com/support
2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for Rewards.
3. Choose the category that best matches the issue (for example, points not being awarded or account/redeem issues).
4. Describe that no activity has registered since November 2025 and include any relevant details (device, browser, region, and that Edge/Windows 11 searches are affected).
5. Submit the form and wait for a response from the Rewards team.

Community forums and general support cannot see or fix Rewards account status; only the Rewards Support team can investigate suspensions, restrictions, or tracking problems and restore earning/redemption if appropriate.

If the account is restricted or suspended (for example, due to automated fraud protection or terms-of-use flags), the Rewards team will confirm this and advise whether it can be lifted.
