I am trying to email Microsoft Billing urgently. I have direct evidence Microsoft are charging me twice every month. I have thorough details of these charges from June 2025. Microsoft do not respond to me. I am frustrated at the lack of response.

I have also phone Microsoft twice and just get a bot who is of no help.

    Hi,

Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have access to accounts.

Please log in to all of your Microsoft accounts and check if you can see the charges there:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

If not, have you asked a family member if they may have used your card in the past?

You can also refer to this article:

“How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft”

If you are able to find the charge, please note that, as far as I know, only purchases within 30 days are eligible for a refund. You can try contacting Microsoft billing support directly via live chat or request a call back instead of email to see what other options are available for you.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
