Charging error

I was using my laptop and after it update, it's no longer charging. I tried to unplug and replug it but its really stopped on charging! This is giving me anxiety now cause i'll have exam soon.

    Hi Onin Jose,

    For better understanding your problem, can your laptop be charged if you completely shut it down?

    If possible, please use another charger to see if it helps.

    If you have further information, please feel free to let me know.

    Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)

    Expand the Batteries section

    For each device in that section:

    Right click and choose Disable

    Wait a second or two, then right click and choose Enable

    Close Device Manager

    Restart (not shut down) your laptop then check if it is charging correctly.

    If not, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
