This looks like a profile/contact-email mismatch between Microsoft Learn and the exam booking record, and sometimes it also happens because a second certification profile was created by mistake. In a few cases, the exam is still visible in the Credentials tab even when the confirmation email went to the wrong address.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
First, sign in to Microsoft Learn with the exact account you used when booking and check Credentials > Certification to see whether the SC-100 appointment is already there.
Then go to Learn > Settings > Manage email preferences and change the contact email to the correct one. After that, it is recommended that you open any exam from Browse Credentials, go up to the page where it asks for address/phone/contact email, enter the correct email, and submit so that the update is passed to Pearson VUE. You do not need to finish a new booking for that step.
Once that is done, contact Pearson VUE support and ask them to resend the confirmation email. Exam scheduling and delivery issues should go through the exam delivery partner.
