I have been trying to log in for the virtual training day today and it has started for 11 minutes now. I have been trying since 15mins before it began but it keeps saying failed log in even after using the link on several browsers.

I have contacted ON24 chat support (https://support.on24.com/hc/en-us/sections/20952746518939-Support). After confirming that my email is not registered on their end, the agent asked me to contact Microsoft support (https://www.aka.ms/credentialssupport). Below is the answer from Microsoft Support.

"We’ve confirmed that the login issue you experienced was caused by a synchronization delay between the EMC system and the ON24 event registration. The good news is that this has now been identified, allowing us to guide you toward a smooth resolution.

As the session you originally registered for has already concluded, the recommended next step is to re-register for the next available Microsoft Virtual Training Day, where you should be able to join without any issues."

    Hope this helps.

Try the following steps in order, checking after each step:

    1. Open a new InPrivate/Incognito browser window and try joining the virtual training day again from there. This avoids cached sign-in data that can cause repeated login failures.
    2. If that fails, clear the browser’s cache and cookies, close all browser windows, then reopen the browser and try the join link again.
    3. Make sure third‑party cookies are enabled in the browser, as some Microsoft Learn and training experiences require them to authenticate correctly.
    4. If still unable to sign in, try a different browser (Chrome is recommended for the most reliable experience with Microsoft Learn training and Cloud Shell–based labs).
    5. If the account sign-in itself is failing (for example, “MSA account requires additional verification steps”), resolve the account sign-in issue first through https://support.microsoft.com, then return to the training link and sign in again.

If none of these steps work and the event is already in progress, contact the event organizer or Microsoft support for that event so they can check the registration and provide an updated join link or reschedule option.
