How to Install Window 10 on Lenovo yoga 12 Laptop?

Hello Team Microsoft and other Members. I am wondering how to install window on yoga 12 Laptop. I tried to learn from youtube but not found anuthenic way. Please Help me.

Is there currently any version of Windows or any other operating system installed on the Lenovo laptop?

If there is another version of Windows installed, what version of Windows is that.

If there is no other operating system, or if there is a different operating system like Linux on the laptop, then the only option is to create a bootable USB on another working PC on an empty 8GB USB flash drive, then boot your laptop from that USB to wipe the drive and clean install Windows 10.

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool.

Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created to begin installing Windows 10. 

During the installation process skip the steps which ask for a product key and select the option 'I am Reinstalling Windows 10 on this PC'.

Here is the easy way to install Windows 10:

Requirements:

1. USB Flash Drive
2. Another PC/Laptop

Steps:

1. Use this tool (Windows 10 installation media)
   "Insert the USB and open the tool --> follow the prompt --> it will auto install Windows 10 on the USB.
2. Open your Laptop (Yoga) one --> Boot from USB

"To boot a Lenovo Yoga 12 from a USB drive, plug in the bootable USB, restart the laptop, and immediately press F12 (or Fn+F12) repeatedly at the Lenovo logo to open the Boot Menu. Select the USB device from the list using the arrow keys and press Enter. Alternatively, use F1 or Enter at startup to enter BIOS/Boot Menu"

1. Follow the Prompt and Wait for the installation to complete.

What you need

USB flash drive (at least 8 GB)

Another working computer

Internet connection

Step 1: Download Windows

1. Download the official tool from Microsoft:
2. Windows 10 Media Creation Tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
3. Open it and select:
4. Create installation media for another PC

Step 2: Create bootable USB

Insert your USB drive

Choose USB flash drive in the tool

Let it complete

Step 3: Open boot menu

On your Yoga 12:

Turn it off

Press the small Novo button (tiny pinhole button on the side)

Select Boot Menu

Choose your USB drive

Step 4: Install Windows

Select language and keyboard

Click Install Now

Choose Custom install

Select your main drive

Click Next

Windows will install automatically.

Step 5: Finish setup

Follow on screen setup

Connect to WiFi

Sign in or create account

Important tips

• Backup your files before installing
• If the USB does not appear, disable Secure Boot in BIOS
• After installation, run Windows Update for drivers
