(Fix) SharePoint Videos Not Playable Through GUI

I'm making this post because it may highlight the fix for this issue to others.

Specific files within two separate SharePoint folders are unplayable by clicking on them.

User's image

The video file appears as a generic film icon, and when opened is unplayable.

However, when the link to the video is copied and pasted into a new tab, it reveals a playable video.

Viewing the file path at the top reveals that the supposed video file appears to act more like a folder, containing the playable video within. I simply selected and moved the appropriate files to the folder they are supposed to be in.
