I can see that you’re having trouble with Personal Vault, even after already trying to fix this on another device before. I understand how frustrating that must be.
Since your Personal Vault is still visible when you sign in on the web, that suggests the vault itself is still associated with your account.
Here are some troubleshooting methods you can try:
- Make sure you’re signed in to the correct personal Microsoft account in the OneDrive app. Personal Vault is available for personal OneDrive accounts.
- In the OneDrive app on your laptop, look for Personal Vault in the OneDrive file list or by selecting the OneDrive cloud icon in the taskbar area. On Windows, it may appear differently from a normal folder.
- If you see Personal Vault, open it and complete the setup/verification steps for this device. Personal Vault must be set up separately on each device.
- If it still doesn’t appear, update the OneDrive app and restart your PC, then check again.
