Games minimizing after 2 minutes of no keyboard or mouse input

Question

So when I play games with a steering wheel or a controler for example minecraft dungeons or beamNG.drive after 2 minutes of not pressing any keys or the mouse the game minimizes, like the cursor appears when I'm in the middle of the game in BeamNG and the beamng game gets laggy, that's because it gets minimized. And when I play fullscreen it disappears. This isn't from beamNG.drive or Minecraft dungeons, it is from my computer. I don't know how to fix. If someone could help me I would be more than happy.

Can I get a bit more information what device are you using, is it a desktop or a laptop(provide model)? When did you notice that there is an issue like this?
