Is there any way to re-generate or get an English version of my AZ-104 score report for professional use.?

I passed AZ-104 on March 30, 2026. Pearson VUE only provided a Chinese Score Report. I have already contacted Pearson VUE, and they directed me to Microsoft Support for the English version.

Is there anyway the score report can be downloaded or regenerated in English?

Or I should ask Microsoft support team to check my MCID and provide the Score Report in English for me?

The English version of an exam score report cannot be regenerated directly by the candidate from the Microsoft Learn or Pearson VUE portals beyond what is already available there. In this situation, the Microsoft Credentials support team must assist.

Use the Microsoft Credentials support channel and request an English score report or official confirmation of the exam result:

1. Go to the online support request page: online support request.
2. Ensure the following selections:
   • Product family: Learning
   • Product or Service: Microsoft Credentials
   • Types of Support: Professional No Charge
3. Provide details in the description:
   • Exam: AZ-104
   • Date passed
   • That Pearson VUE only provided a Chinese score report
   • That an English score report or equivalent official confirmation is needed for professional use
   • Include Learn username and any relevant IDs (such as MCID) as requested.
4. Attach the existing Chinese score report as a screenshot or PDF.
5. Submit the case and wait for Credentials Support to respond by email.

If there are any issues with the exam record itself (for example, not appearing correctly in the Learn profile), the same Credentials support process is used to investigate and correct the certification record.
