I need to contact Outlook.com support to fix the following issue diagnosed by New Outlook app support

Hello, Thank you for the detailed updates and your patience. Based on everything you have confirmed, this issue is not caused by Outlook settings or your computer. The calendar events are being created automatically at the server level, which is why they continue to appear across New Outlook, Classic Outlook, eM Client, and Outlook.com (web), even when you are not logged in. You have already completed all the correct steps: ⮞Events from email are turned off ⮞No unknown rules or shared calendars exist ⮞The issue continues across multiple devices and apps The fact that: ⮞Hundreds of events are being created daily ⮞Events arrive in rapid bursts (every few seconds) ⮞The source appears as your own account via an Exchange server strongly indicates a corrupted calendar process or a backend synchronization issue within your mailbox. ⮞After reviewing our resources and conducting the diagnostic, I would like to inform you that, as you mentioned, the issue persists on Outlook on the web as well. As you may know, Outlook is merely a client that mirrors the server. For Outlook to function properly, the issue must be resolved first from the server's side ⮞Hence, I request you to reach out to our Outlook.com support team, as the issue has to been fixed on the server end. I would love to assist you on this, but the issue is related to the server end, and we do not have the resources to make changes or have permissions on the server end. Please contact Outlook.com Support using the link below.

    Welcome Terry Reilly,

I understand how frustrating it can be when hundreds of unexpected calendar events are being created automatically in your Outlook calendar across multiple clients, and previous troubleshooting indicates this may be caused by a server‑side Exchange synchronization issue.

For faster and more specialized assistance, I kindly recommend reaching out to Live Chat Support. Support agents are available to help you troubleshoot the issue in real time and provide more in‑depth guidance.  Please follow the steps below to connect with Live Chat Support.

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support contact page: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the search bar provided on the page, type "Outlook calendar" and press Enter.
    3. Click on the "Get Help" button that appears.
    4. Scroll down the page until you see and click on the "Contact Support" option.
    5. When prompted to select your product or service, choose "Other Products".
    6. For the category, choose "Outlook".
    7. Look for and click on "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".
    8. When prompted, provide a valid contact email where Microsoft can reach you regarding your case.
    9. Explain your situation clearly: Be concise but provide all the relevant details.

    Thank you for your understanding.
