my mincraft realm free subscribtion wont work

i got a free trial used it and then nothing popped up nothing happened i have proof that i got the free trial now i dont know why it wont work

A good first step is to check whether the trial is actually active on your account. Head to https://account.microsoft.com/services and look for Minecraft Realms — this will confirm if the trial was successfully attached or already consumed.

If it shows active but isn't reflecting in-game, try signing out of Minecraft completely and signing back in with the same Microsoft account. This forces the game to re-sync your entitlements.

A couple of things worth confirming:

• The free trial is for Bedrock Edition only — it won't appear if you're on Java
• The trial is one per account — if it was previously used, it can't be re-granted
• Game Pass does not include a free Realms trial; it's a separate claim

If the trial doesn't show on your services page at all, it's possible it was claimed on a different account. Check every account you might have used.

1. Realms is a separate subscription from Minecraft itself
   • Owning Minecraft (or playing via Game Pass) does not automatically give Realms access.
   • Realms and Realms Plus are separate subscriptions and must each be purchased or trialed separately.
2. Trial is tied to the Microsoft account used at purchase
   • The Realms trial entitlement is attached to the specific Microsoft account that started the trial.
   • If signed in with a different Microsoft/Xbox account in Minecraft than the one that claimed the trial, the Realm will not appear.
3. Realms is a recurring subscription that must be cancelled explicitly
   • After any promotional or trial period, the subscription continues at the then-current price plus taxes unless cancelled in the Microsoft account.
