Dear @Phil Noble,
I hope you are having a great day. I understand that you would like to see who your emails were sent to when viewing the Sent Items folder in the new Outlook for Windows. I’m happy to help clarify how this works and share the available options.
The way recipients are displayed in Sent Items depends on your current layout settings in New Outlook. Since a screenshot was not provided, I’ll outline the most common configurations below so you can compare them with your setup.
- Use the Reading Pane and adjust the message list format
This option allows you to clearly see the recipients when selecting a sent message.
Note: This settings only apply the Reading pane on the right
Go to Sent items > View tab.
Under Reading pane, choose one of the following options:
- Right.
- Bottom.
- Fill screen.
When the Reading Pane is enabled, the full message header is shown for the selected sent email, including the To and Cc recipients.
You can further improve readability by adjusting the message list format:
Note: Message list format works best when the Reading Pane is turned on, especially with the Reading Pane set to the right.
On the same Layout page, locate Message list format.
Select:
- Subject first.
- Sender name first.
This setting provides more space for message details, making it easier to review sent emails when using the Reading Pane.

I hope this information is helpful. If you are still unable to see the recipient information and these options don't match what you’re experiencing, feel free to share a screenshot of your Sent Items view. That would help me better understand your layout and provide more precise guidance.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
