Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are these emails going to your Inbox or Junk folder?
    2. Did you block the sender in Outlook on the web settings, or just mark them as junk?
    3. Do the emails come from the exact same email address, or slightly different ones?
    4. Are you using any rules or filters in your mailbox?

In the meantime, if you haven’t already already:

A common reason is the sender is changing their email address slightly, so the block doesn’t catch it. Another is Safe Senders or rules overriding the block.

    Also, try this quick check:

    • Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email
    • Confirm the sender is listed under “Blocked senders”
    • Check if the sender/domain is accidentally in “Safe senders”

Share what you see, and I’ll guide you on the next step.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
