Thanks for posting your question here. I understand that you're unable to run Magic Jack on your Windows 11 PC using USB port. Since the MagicJack works normally on your Windows 10 laptop, the issue is caused by driver compatibility changes.
Please do this, if you haven't done yet: You can try plugging the MagicJack directly into a USB 2.0 port, disabling USB power saving in Device Manager → USB Root Hub → Power Management, and running the MagicJack application in Windows 10 compatibility mode as an administrator.
For now, the most dependable options are to continue using it on your Windows 10 laptop, use the MagicJack mobile app, or run it on an older or secondary PC with Windows 10.
