For questions about a Microsoft 365 or Office subscription charge that should be canceled, direct contact with Microsoft Support is required because account-specific billing details cannot be handled through forums.
Use the official Microsoft Support contact flow for billing issues:
- Go to the Microsoft Support site: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
- Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with the subscription.
- Select the relevant product (for example, Microsoft 365).
- Choose a billing-related category such as Billing and Payment updates or Manage my subscription.
- Select Contact support and then choose either Chat with a support agent or the callback/phone option if available in the region.
If the subscription was purchased through a third-party retailer (such as Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, or Google Play), contact that retailer’s customer support directly, as Microsoft cannot cancel or refund subscriptions purchased through third parties.
