I am unable to access the certification exam discount. I received a discount for attending an event; however, when I proceed to payment, the discount is not reflected.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

The discount is applied to the Microsoft Learn profile for the email address used to register for the event. The discount is automatically applied at the final stage of checkout. The voucher will be applied five business days after the event.
It's been more than 5 days and my email is the same for my Microsoft Learn profile. What else can I do to request the discount?
