Since your subscription has already been renewed but the OneDrive storage hasn’t been provisioned yet, it may take around 24–48 hours for the updated storage quota to fully reflect on your account. I’d recommend waiting within that timeframe first, then checking your storage again.
If the issue persists after that, you can try unlinking and reconnecting your OneDrive account, or resetting it to help refresh the quota. You can follow this guide for unlinking and relinking OneDrive:
