outlook account hacked

Dear Microsoft Support,

I am writing to urgently request assistance with my Outlook account, which appears to have been hacked.

The attackers have changed all of the security details on the account, including the password and recovery information. They have also enabled two-factor authentication, which has completely locked me out.

I have attempted to regain access multiple times using the account recovery form, but unfortunately, I have not been successful so far.

I am particularly concerned because this email account is linked to my Xbox account, which has active bank cards saved on it. At present, I am unable to access the account to remove these payment methods, which is causing me significant concern and anxiety.

Could you please advise on the next steps to:

1. Recover access to my account  
2. Securely disable or protect the account and any linked services (such as Xbox) to prevent unauthorised use
