I see that you’ve paid for 100 GB of storage, but your email is still showing 6.9 GB and not allowing you to send or receive messages. Sometimes it can take up to 24 - 48 hours for the new storage to fully apply across all Microsoft services.
You can check if your storage has updated by signing in here: https://account.microsoft.com/storage. This will show your total storage, used space, and available space.
If it’s still not updated, try using a different internet connection or open an InPrivate/Incognito window (Ctrl + Shift + N) and log in here: https://account.microsoft.com/. Once signed in, check if you’re able to send and receive emails normally.
