Not able to access to Azure Portal

I'am not able to access to Azure Portal due to an inactivity tenant error.

It's not important for me to recover the old tenant, I just want to access to the portal, change my billing information and create a new one.

My microsoft accout it's working. I also tried the recovery procedure.
