We're all users like yourself in these forums, trying to help each other. No one here can call you. You can certainly change your address but that won't help you receive verification codes. The services you use that require you to enter verification codes know your @hotmail.com address. You would need to first add an @outlook.com alias to your Microsoft account, then log into each of those services and change the address where you want the codes to be sent. Obviously, that would require receiving the verification codes at your @hotmial.com address in order to log into those accounts to change the verification address. Both the original @hotmail.com addesss and the @outlook.com alias you add would be two addresses for the same mailbox, so if the codes won't arrive for the @hotmail.com address, they most likely won't arrive for the @outlook.com alias either. I recommend contacting Microsoft directly using the Help feature in your mailbox. An example of how is below.
