Content library tab existed when I used the free version, I liked the software so I upgraded and started paying now the Content library isn't there.

Hello, which app are you using where the tab is missing?

Sign out of the app, then sign back in with the same account used before. Open Microsoft Store, go to Library, then select Get updates. Restart the app. If still missing, go to Settings, Apps, Installed apps, select the app, open Advanced options, then select Repair and Reset. This refreshes the app and restores account-based features.
