Outlook shows email sent but not received

I have a premium account and tried sending an email to myself, bcc to myself and 300 recipients.

The email shows up in the sent folder but i have not received the email bcc to myself and have not heard from any of my 300 recipients.

What does this mean? Was my email sent to my 300 recipients?
