Got hacked, cannot convince AI over very obvious issue. How do I find a human that can help?

So my account is my name, it's been my Minecraft account since mojang moved over, Iits my desktops login etc.

I did something sketchy and got hacked. Hacker removed my ability to login and added their own authentication.

How does EVERY other site and developer see "oh hey, some guy in another country recently stole your account and moved the auth to them" here, change your password and add authentication. Where Microsoft says "looks like you moved to poland overnight and changed all your info away from your real name, looks like you have no access sorry you don't have a 15 yr old skype account to verify you."

I'm at a loss, do I just ditch Microsoft if their security is so easy to circumvent? Is there a human that can say "Hey, your account name is your email because you signed up with Google, let's send verification there or to the device you've used in the same place for a decade"...

I've been fighting the virus for 2-3 days now and finally gave up for a full system wipe, I'd like to use my same account to setup if possible.

This forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, I wish I had better news, but when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated Email, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.
