Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
Do you have any other method, such as a recovery phone number or an authenticator app, to verify your identity instead of your recovery email?
Select 'Other ways to sign in' on the screen you've uploaded and see if you can use any other Verification methods.
Alternatively, you can try connecting your device to a different Wi-Fi network, such as a mobile hotspot network, and sign in.
- Open an incognito tab on a mobile web browser. (Ensure you have turned on Mobile data instead of Wi-Fi)
- Then, paste the link below to reset your Microsoft account password: https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx
- See if you can receive the Verification code and reset your password.
If you are still experiencing issues, you can try the account recovery form -

Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours. If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form again. You can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.
