試験会場へ向かう途中に、利用していた鉄道で人身事故が発生し、
長時間の運転見合わせとなりました。
そのため、試験開始時刻までに会場へ到達することができず、
やむを得ず受験できない状況となりました。
本件は私の不注意や準備不足によるものではなく、
公共交通機関の突発的な事故という不可抗力によるものです。
