Email display name

can't change display name in my emails. Emails go to spam or junk folder. How can i change that?

Hi, are you changing the sender name or the email address?

Go to Outlook on the web, open Settings, then Account, then Your info, select Edit name and save. Then go to Settings, Mail, Compose and reply, and confirm your name shows correctly. After that, check Settings, Mail, Junk email, and remove your address from blocked senders. This updates the display name and helps your emails land in inbox instead of junk.
