This is probably the wrong forum, but I have a solution to an ongoing problem (4+ years.) Those who were suddenly banned from commenting on stories in MSN for no reason, normally with a 72 hour ban - that lasted 4+ years, and countless "request reviews" and dealing with people who had NO interest in the issue, mine has been solved.

It took them 6 weeks to solve the issue, but now that it is solved, it should be a lot quicker for others.
