i took the Microsoft Power BI data analyst associate certification exam on Friday 27th March. I still have not received any email to provide me with the link with which to access my Badge. How can I get my badge? I'm not sure if this forum is the right place to ask. But if it isn't, kindly provide me with a correct email address where I can channel my enquiry. thanks

    It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab especially over the weekend. What you need to check and then do is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications

    Microsoft stopped using Credly for certifications in 2024.
