I am logged in to my personal account on Microsoft Teams on my iPhone, but every time I try to login to the guest account for a specific organization I am a part of, it says "We couldn't switch you to ____ Please try again"
I am able to login to this account on my laptop Microsoft teams application, but just not on my phone. Both my Personal Account and my Guest account for the organization show up on my "Accounts and orgs" tab on my phone, but when I attempt to login, it gives that message. Please let me know what I should do

    Hello @Joshua Sujo

Based on your provided information, it appears that you are having an issue with "We couldn't switch you to [org name]. Please try again" error when opening the guest account which is personal and invite to an organization.

I have tested on my device and it works without any issue. Could you please confirm with me:

    • Which iPhone model and OS version are you using?
    • From Teams settings > About, which version are you using? From mine is 8.3.1
    • How many accounts have been added to your Microsoft Teams mobile?
    • Are you able to access the guest account without any issue before?

In the meantime, please help me try to

    • Sign out the account completely and close the app
    • Go to iPhone setting, find for Teams app and scroll down to the end. You can find an option "Clear app data", please help me to enable it
    • Open Teams again and sign in to your personal account.

Please help me to try those steps above and let me know if you can access the guest account normally or not.
