Thanks for posting. I understand how frustrating it can be when emails are occasionally rejected, especially when it’s not clear why. I’ll help narrow this down.
To help identify the cause, please check the points below and let me know the results:
1, Check the bounce‑back message from Outlook.com
When a message is rejected, Outlook.com usually sends an automatic reply (“Delivery Status Notification”).
- Look for error codes like “550”, “554”, or “Blocked” in that message
- These codes indicate whether the rejection is due to spam filtering, recipient server rules, or sending limits
2, Check Outlook.com sending limits
If many emails are sent in a short time or similar content is repeated, Outlook.com may temporarily block sending.
Reference: Sending limits in Outlook.com
3, Remove links or attachments and test again
As a quick test, send a plain‑text email with no links or attachments. If that succeeds, the rejection is likely content‑based filtering by the recipient’s mail system.
Please feel free to let me know how it goes. Thank you for your time and understanding.
