I want to reschedule my exam

I couldn't take my assessment AB- 100, on 31March,2026 because of my system issue. So I want to reschedule my exam

You can only reschedule yourself 24 hours before the exam. You need support to do this

To reschedule the exam, use the Microsoft Learn profile that is linked to the certification:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
2. Open the profile menu (photo avatar) and select Profile.
3. In the left menu, select Credentials, then choose Certifications.
4. Scroll to the AB-100 exam appointment.
5. Select Reschedule next to that appointment.
6. The site will redirect to the exam delivery provider (for example, Pearson VUE) to complete the reschedule.

Important policy details:

• Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, the exam fee or voucher is forfeited.
• If the exam was already missed (no-show), the fee or voucher may already be forfeited and a new payment or voucher may be required for a new booking.
• If assistance is needed with rescheduling (for example, issues on the provider site), contact Pearson VUE Customer Support as indicated in the policies.
