Did you purchase the Windows licence directly from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer?

Open the Settings App, then go to System - Activation.
Click the Troubleshoot button, then select 'I changed my hardware' (even though you did not change your hardware).
Are you able to use that process to reactivate Windows?
