Cerificate not visible in portal.

hello,

I have cleared the MS 102 certification exam on 23rd March but we are unable to download the certificate and also not showing in portal.

Please help use for the same.

Exams are not certifications. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. To access and download the MS-102 certificate, use these steps and checks:

1. Confirm the certification was actually earned
   • Some certifications require passing one or more specific exams before the certificate is issued. Verify that MS-102 is the correct/only requirement by checking the relevant certification or exam details page in the catalog: see the certification or exam details pages listed under certification or exam details pages.
   • If the certification requires multiple exams, the certificate will only appear after the final required exam is passed.
2. Check the correct Microsoft Learn profile
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and make sure the correct account is being used (work/school vs. personal).
   • If multiple Learn profiles or login accounts exist, sign out and try each account that might have been used to register for the exam.
   • The “congratulations” email for a passed exam is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile, which may differ from the sign-in account. If the link in that email does not show the certification, it may be associated with a different profile. Try logging in with any other Microsoft accounts that might have been used.
3. Check the Certifications area and Certification Dashboard
   • From the Learn profile, open the Credentials → Certifications section and verify whether the MS-102 certification appears.
   • Go to the Certification Dashboard (see Access your Certification Dashboard) and:
     • Confirm the exam result appears in the transcript.
     • In the Certificates section, select View Certificates and check if the MS-102 certificate is listed.
4. Download the certificate (if visible)
   • In the Certification Dashboard, under Certificates:
     1. Select View Certificates.
     2. Select the MS-102 certificate in the list.
     3. Use the download option to save it (single certificate or as part of a .zip with multiple certificates).
5. If the certificate or exam is still missing
   • If the exam result or certification does not appear in the Learn profile or Certification Dashboard after these checks, follow the official missing-certification guidance:
     • Review the Missing Exams or Certifications steps: confirm requirements, confirm login account, and note that some legacy or Certiport-based certifications may not appear.
   • If it still does not show, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the account and exam mapping:
     • Use the Microsoft Credentials Support channel described in the Missing Exams or Certifications article.

Until support resolves the issue, the certificate cannot be downloaded from the portal because it is not yet associated correctly with the Learn profile.
