Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Could you please clarify what exactly is showing on your screen?

If possible, please upload a screenshot of the message or account that appears signed in. Before sharing, make sure to hide or blur any personal or sensitive information (PII), such as email addresses or phone numbers.

The PC is showing that account because Windows is currently signed in with a Microsoft work or school account that belongs to (or is managed by) Vicky White Communications, or that account has been added to the device for apps like Outlook, OneDrive, or Microsoft 365.

On Windows 11, when a work or school account is added, it can appear in several places (sign-in screen, Settings > Accounts, Office apps) and may look like the device “belongs” to that organization, even if the work is only temporary.

To stop seeing that account on the PC, remove or disconnect it:

    1. Open Settings > Accounts.
    2. Check these areas:
      • Your info – if signed in with a Microsoft account tied to Vicky White Communications, switch to a local account instead.
      • Email & accounts – select the work or school account and choose Remove.
      • Access work or school – select the Vicky White Communications account and choose Disconnect.
    3. Sign out and sign back in with a personal/local account.

If the account was added as part of organizational device management, disconnecting it under Access work or school will remove that organization’s control from this device (if allowed by their policies).

If there is confusion between a personal Microsoft account and a work/school account using the same email address, it may also show prompts like “Which account do you want to use?” In that case, renaming the personal Microsoft account (changing its primary alias) can help separate them.
