Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am trying to complete my Microsoft Store developer registration as an Individual. I have successfully passed the ID verification step.

As you can see in the screenshots below, I have filled in all the visible required fields on the "Complete your profile" step (Publisher display name, Personal info, Contact info, and Address):

However, after clicking "Continue", I receive the following error:

"Account creation failed. Enrollment workflow failed: AlternativeBusinessContact is required"

The problem is that the "Alternative Business Contact" field is completely missing from the UI for Individual accounts, making it physically impossible for me to provide this information. I see on the Microsoft Q&A forums that multiple other users have been reporting this exact same platform bug since January 2026.

Could you please manually bypass this backend requirement for my account or clear the field on your end so I can finish the setup?
