Admin can't access admin center due to MFA issue, need help contacting MS data protection team.

Hi, I have a client who can't access admin center right now due to the following reasons:

  1. They had issue with the MFA Authentication app, so he reinstalled it
  2. When he opens the authenticator app again, it is empty
  3. He cannot add user as when he attempted to login it asked him to enter the number in the authen app but there was no popup to put in the number
  4. He did not set up backup authentication method so he cannot sign in via other method
  5. He is the only global admin in the Tenant
  6. Tried contacting Data Protection Team via the phone number but could not get pass the AI
  7. They did not delegate GDAP to me.

Please help me contact the data protection team to reset the MFA.
