Tenant login problem

Hello,
I'm IT administrator of Muzeum a galerie severního Plzeňska v Mariánské Týnici, p. o., now we are planning to migrate our Exchange solution to Microsoft 365, but I'm not able to login to our tenant with admin user PII because of MFA, Microsoft Authenticator is lost and it is only way to log in. Can you please help me recover access?
