To reschedule a Microsoft certification exam when it is not visible in the current view, first verify the correct place to look and then use the built-in reschedule flow:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile that was used to book the exam.
2. Open the profile menu from the avatar and select Profile.
3. In the left menu, select Credentials, then choose the Certifications tab.
4. Scroll down to the Exam appointments section and locate the specific exam.
5. If the appointment is listed, select Reschedule next to that exam. This will redirect to the exam delivery provider (Pearson VUE or other) to complete the reschedule.
6. Make sure to reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, the exam fee or voucher may be forfeited.

If no exam appointment appears under Certifications and there is no record of a scheduled exam, the booking may not have completed successfully. In that case, schedule a new exam appointment instead.

If the exam was scheduled and is missing due to a platform or account issue, contact Microsoft Certification Support or Pearson VUE support (depending on who hosts the exam) for assistance.
