I missed my dp 100 exam

Question

I missed my appointment and i contacted customer service they said the exam can only be rescheduled 24 hours prior to the appointment. But the exam page specifically said that if i missed my appointment i can reschedule.
please help me it is a dp 100 exam ,

According to the current Microsoft exam reschedule and cancellation policy, exam appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours prior, the entire exam fee (or voucher) is forfeited and the appointment cannot be moved.

This applies to all Microsoft certification exams, including DP-100. Missing the appointment without rescheduling or cancelling in time means the original booking (or free/voucher offer, if used) is lost, and a new exam appointment must be scheduled and paid for (or booked with a new valid voucher/offer) through the certification dashboard.

To schedule a new DP-100 exam appointment:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
2. Go to Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
3. Use the exam scheduling option to book a new date and time.

If there are questions about what happened with a specific booking or voucher, contact Pearson VUE support or Microsoft certification support, but the documented policy is that less-than-24‑hour reschedules or no‑shows forfeit the exam fee.
