Regarding rescheduling the exam

How to re schedule the exam, I want to re schedule my exam which was scheduled today, but unfortunately i didnt got email for exam link .

To reschedule a Microsoft certification exam (including one scheduled for today), use the Learn profile and the exam provider’s site rather than waiting for an email link.

Follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile
   • Go to the Learn profile sign-in page and log in with the same account used to schedule the exam.
2. Open the Certifications area
   • From the avatar menu, select Profile.
   • In the profile menu, go to Credentials and then select Certifications.
3. Locate the exam appointment
   • Scroll to find the scheduled exam appointment in the list of exams.
4. Start rescheduling
   • Select the Reschedule link next to that exam appointment.
   • This redirects to the exam delivery provider’s site (typically Pearson VUE).
5. Complete reschedule on the provider site
   • On the provider’s site, choose a new date and time and confirm the change.

Important policy note:

• Exam appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If rescheduling is attempted after that window, the fee or voucher may be forfeited.

If the exam was scheduled for today and the 24-hour window has already passed, the system may not allow rescheduling and the fee/voucher may be lost. In that case, contact the exam delivery provider’s support for further assistance.
